What is Virtual Organizing?

Virtual Organizing is an organizing service provided solely through technology via phone, tablet or computer.

Virtual Organizing Will Work Well For You If:

  • You are very motivated to reach your organizing goals and are willing to be coached through the process.
  • You are physically able to lift/move your own belongings or have someone to help.
  • You are ready & committed to follow through with the hands-on work.
  • You are familiar with using email (including sending & receiving attachments).
  • You have reliable internet access.
  • You are comfortable using technology on your phone, tablet or computer and can readily follow verbal instructions.
  • You feel good about working on your own, but would like help from an expert about the process and available products & resources to support your goals.

​How Virtual Organizing Works:

1. Free phone consultation to discuss your organizing needs.

2. Send me pictures of your space.

3. In-depth needs assessment via Zoom. This one-time appointment ($100) will last
approximately 60 minutes and will help us:
  • Determine what is and isn’t working for you.
  • Decide what essential items must remain in the space.
  • Define your wants, needs, and goals.
  • Identify the barriers preventing you from staying organized.
  • Develop an action plan which will act as your road map moving forward.​
  • We'll determine which type of session works best for you: 

Type I:  This is for the DIYer who will be assigned homework in between sessions and may need guidance and suggestions for implementing the plan, as well as help with selecting products to carry out plan to completion.  

​​Type II:  This is for the person who would need more coaching and help with the process, and sessions will likely be 90 mins to 3 hours long. 

During both types of virtual sessions, we will track your progress, identify obstacles, discuss upcoming tasks, and provide personalized feedback to help you meet your goals.

Email or phone check-ins in between sessions as needed.

$300 for 3, 1 hr sessions or 4, 45 minute sessions.

*Package pricing is paid up front on the first day of service and hours
